You have active acne, cold sores, skin infection, or open wounds near the planned injection site
You have a history of severe allergic reactions (anaphylaxis) or immune-mediated conditions affecting the skin
You have had recent facial surgery or dental work, we recommend waiting until fully healed
You have previously dissolved filler and are within the recommended waiting period.
