Sculptra® works by triggering your skin's own collagen-producing cells, not by filling space, but by rebuilding the structural foundation that volume loss has gradually eroded. Treatment typically involves 2–3 sessions spaced 4–6 weeks apart, with collagen production increasing progressively after each one.
