• Jane App: We use Jane App (lunamedspa.janeapp.com) for secure online booking, medical charting, and gift card purchases. Jane App is compliant with healthcare privacy regulations regarding the storage of PHI.
• AlumierMD: When purchasing medical-grade skincare through our authorized portal (ca.alumiermd.com), your data is handled by AlumierMD to process and ship your orders.
• Cloudflare Turnstile: We use Cloudflare Turnstile in invisible mode to protect our forms from spam and abuse. Use of this service is subject to the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal and medical information we process. As a medical-led clinic, we treat your digital charts and treatment blueprints with the same strict confidentiality as traditional medical records.
